REFUND POLICY

At Startup-Biz.co.in, we take pride in the services delivered by us and guarantee your satisfaction with our services and support. We constantly improve and strive to deliver the best financial or Legal services through the internet. However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation

Please note that while we would be able to control delays on our side, we will be unable to control delays on Government side or deficiencies in documents submitted. Hence, kindly bear with our team as we try our best to complete your works to the best of our ability.

30 Day Refund Policy

If any work is not progressing as per your expectations, you can request for a refund within 30 days of payment. Please note that any claim of refund will be entertained only if the work is not completed by our team within the certain deadline. If the pendency is with the government department or from the client’s end, then no refund request shall be entertained.

Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service. In case you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to the government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.

Hence, all refunds will be subject to a minimum of 20% cancellation fee. Further, if Startup-Biz.co.in has spent the time and resources to complete the engagement or incurred any other fee, such fees will be deducted on best judgement basis by startup-biz.co.in and the balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, startup-biz.co.in shall be liable to refund only up to 80% of the fee paid by the client (Excluding Government fee, if startup-biz.co.in pays any Government fee on behalf of the client, then that shall not be subject to any refund)

Change of Service

​

If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you can request this change of service within 30 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with deducted and the next service will be launched. In case of change of service, there will be no 20% deduction.

To initiate a refund request, please drop a mail at admin@startup-Biz.co.in, The Company shall revert over the mail in 3-4 working days.

FORCE MAJURE

​

In the event of the any of the following circumstances, a Force Majeure Event would be deemed to be existing (Force Majeure Event):

1. Fire (not caused by any willful act or negligence of the Franchisee or its employees or visitors and the like);

2. Epidemic, pandemic;

3. act(s) of god, earthquake, tempest, flood, or other such severe natural disasters;

4. by reasons of any Applicable Laws or regulations, action by Government or local body or other similar authority;

5. violence of any army or mob or enemies of the country;

6. acts of any terrorist, insurgent or any group acting against the Government or the people of the country; and/or

7. any other irresistible force rendering the Outlet unfit for conducting the Restaurant Business.
